The Struggles of a Kansas Mom -- This mother of a transgender child recognized before the child was age two that there was "something wrong," but had to struggle to find out exactly what was wrong. Meeting resistance at every turn, she finally managed to reach the beginning of a solution.

One Mom's Frustration -- It is not easy, being the parent of a transgender child. Just when she feels she's cleared all obstacles, a new one is placed in her path. This is the frustation experienced by one Mom as she dealt with the local school authorities.
